  The staff is slow and inconsistent. The food quality is not good and it seems to be getting worse. Don't waste your time with this Pizza Hut. Either go around the corner to Capparelli's or go to the Floresville Pizza Hut. You will regret eating/ordering here.

  Really irritated with them! It took me 20 mins just to order, then while waiting for our delivery they called, I called back and they had lost our order and gave me several excuses as to why they didn't have it. The new manager told me that her staff had spoken with my husband and changed it from delivery to a carry out and that we had picked it up an hour and a half ago when we had ordered it in less time than that. Apparently the order never went through bc we weren't charged for it so I feel like a story was just made up about it and I was left feeling like the "new manager" didn't care a less as she was blaming me for where I lived and telling me we had picked it up. You made a mistake...own up to it! Thanks for nothing!

  Terrible location. Multiple times I've waited over an hour for a pizza. Several carryout orders have taken double or longer than the quoted time. Poor management
